We give music lessons that ROCK!. Warehouse Rock Academy provides most of the instruments that the lessons require. Our School provides keyboards, drums, and vocal instruments while the students are required to provide their own guitars, bass guitars, and drum sticks. We provide guitar amplifiers and cables.

• Electric Guitar / Acoustic Guitar

  

  Warehouse Rock Academy music school teaches Rock and Roll guitar lessons for beginners, intermediate, and experienced guitar players.
  
  Electric Guitar is one of the most popular private music lessons that we teach. In our 1 on 1 private guitar lessons our guitar students will learn chords, power chords and solo techniques as well as learn many other various techniques to play Rock music from the 70’s through today.
  
  Our Guitar lessons are 45 minutes from start to finish. We feel like this lesson length is far better than the 30 minute guitar lessons available from other traditional music lesson schools. Our 45 minute 1 on 1 private electric guitar and acoustic guitar lessons yield 75% more learning time as their 30 minute counterparts. Each guitar lesson student receives one 45 minute private lesson per week as well as one and a half hour Rock and Roll band rehearsal/group lesson. During this weekly rock band rehearsal each guitar student is assigned 1-3 songs to practice with his or her very own student Rock and Roll band. During this band rehearsal the guitar students actually practice on a Real Stage complete with Stage Lighting and PA system for the full rock band experience.
  
  After several months of private 1 on 1 music lessons and once a week rock band rehearsals and after the student has mastered his or her guitar parts, we book a real rock concert venue for our student performance. Each guitar lesson student along with their rock and roll band perform a real rock concert.

• Drums

  

  Our drum lessons are 45 minutes 1 on 1 private music lessons. We teach drum lessons for beginners, intermediate, and advanced drum students, from basic rock n roll rhythms to complicated double kick, combos with heel / toe technique.
  
  Drum lessons at Warehouse Rock Academy are very popular, partly because of our unique lesson teachings methods. Our drum instructors will select rock n roll songs and emphasize the drum note and or techniques that the instructor is teaching and teach that song to the drum student and then incorporate the music theory behind the song into the drum lesson.
  
  Each full program drum lesson student is also assigned their own band with which they practice one and half hours each week. During this band rehearsal the student actually practices with full PA system, stage lighting, and on a real stage. This also allows the student to practice his or her performance skills. Each drum student is assigned one to three songs to perform with their rock band.
  
  After several months of private 1 on 1 drum lessons and are a week band rehearsals and after the student has mastered his or her drum songs, Warehouse Rock Academy will book a real concert venue and each full program student along with their own student rock band will perform a rock concert to complete the semester.

• Keyboard

  

  Warehouse Rock Academy music school teaches Rock and Roll keyboard lessons for beginners, intermediate, and experienced keyboard players.
  
  In our 1 on 1 private keyboard lessons our keyboard students will learn fundamentals of the keyboard, how notes written on a stave relate to the pitch of the note, how to play chords and solo techniques as well as learn many other various techniques to play Rock music from the 70’s through today. Including changing the sound of the keyboard to match the sound of the rock music selected to be played.
  
  Our Keyboard lessons are 45 minutes in duration. We feel like this lesson length is far better than the 30 minute keyboard lessons available from other traditional music lesson schools. Our 45 minute 1 on 1 private keyboard lessons yield 75% more learning time as their 30 minute counterparts. Each keyboard lesson student receives one 45 minute private lesson per week as well as one and a half hour Rock and Roll band rehearsal/ group lesson.
  
  During this weekly rock band rehearsal each keyboard student is assigned 1-3 songs to practice with his or her very own student Rock and Roll band. During this band rehearsal the keyboard students actually practice on a Real Stage complete with Stage Lighting and PA system for the full rock band experience.

  Warehouse Rock Academy music school teaches Rock and Roll Vocal lessons for beginners, intermediate, and experienced vocalist.
  
  In our 1 on 1 private vocal lessons our vocal students will practice vocal warm-ups, breathing exercises, how to use the microphone, current and new song review, harmonies, stage presence, how to front a band, and solo techniques as well as learn many other various techniques to sing Rock music from the 70’s through today. Our vocal lesson students will also learn the construction of a song so vocal student will be encouraged to interact with their band members in rock band practice and on stage. Our Vocal lessons are 45 minutes from start to finish. We feel like this lesson length is far better than the 30 minute vocal lessons available from other traditional music lesson schools. Our 45 minute 1 on 1 private vocal lessons yield up to 75% more learning time as their 30 minute vocal lesson counterparts. Each vocal lesson student receives one 45 minute private lesson per week as well as one and a half hour Rock and Roll band rehearsal/ group lesson.
